Understand Signkit pricing plans, manage your subscription, and access billing information.

Manage your Signkit subscription, view your current plan, and understand what's included in each pricing tier.

Accessing Billing

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click Billing to view your subscription

Current Plan

The billing page shows:

  • Your current plan name
  • What's included
  • Renewal date (if applicable)
  • Usage statistics

Available Plans

Signkit offers plans to fit different organization sizes:

Free Plan

Get started at no cost:

Includes:

  • Up to 5 signatures
  • Basic templates
  • Core features
  • Community support

Limitations:

  • Limited signatures
  • No campaigns
  • Basic analytics
  • Signkit branding in signatures

Pro Plan

For growing teams:

Includes:

  • Unlimited signatures
  • Unlimited templates
  • Campaign banners
  • Full analytics
  • Remove Signkit branding
  • Priority support
  • Custom branding

Best for:

  • Small to medium teams
  • Companies launching signature programs
  • Marketing teams running campaigns

Enterprise Plan

For large organizations:

Includes:

  • Everything in Pro
  • Custom integrations
  • API access
  • Dedicated support
  • SLA guarantees
  • Advanced security features
  • Custom onboarding

Best for:

  • Large enterprises
  • Organizations with compliance needs
  • Companies requiring integrations

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment
  5. New features activate immediately

Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change
  5. Changes take effect at next billing cycle

Downgrading may disable features. Ensure you're within the new plan's limits before downgrading.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until the current period ends

Billing Information

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Direct debit (for Enterprise plans)

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add a new card or update existing
  4. Save changes

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans: Billed every month on your signup date
  • Annual plans: Billed yearly, typically with a discount

Invoices

Access past invoices:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download individual invoices as PDF

Usage & Limits

Tracking Usage

The billing page shows:

  • Signatures used vs. limit
  • Team members vs. limit
  • Storage used (if applicable)

Approaching Limits

When nearing plan limits:

  • You'll see a warning in the dashboard
  • Consider upgrading before hitting the cap
  • Contact support for temporary increases

Exceeding Limits

If you exceed plan limits:

  • Some features may be restricted
  • You'll be prompted to upgrade
  • Existing signatures continue working

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans include a free trial period. You can test full features before committing.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades happen immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens when I cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active until the period ends
  • After that, your account moves to the free plan
  • Data is retained but features may be limited

Are there discounts for annual billing?

Yes, annual plans typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing. Check the pricing page for current offers.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Yes, contact support@signkit.io with proof of nonprofit status to discuss special pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise plans can arrange invoicing or direct debit.

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

  1. Check your card details are current
  2. Verify sufficient funds
  3. Try a different payment method

Can't Access Features

  1. Verify your plan includes the feature
  2. Check your subscription is active
  3. Try logging out and back in
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Invoice Questions

Need a Receipt

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download the PDF receipt
